Selecting an item from the sidebar controls what appears in the change list. The change list shows the changes in the repository with the newest changes appearing at the top of the list.
Select a change from the change list to view the change details, including the description of the change and what changed.
The sidebar provides the following options:
Showing mutable changes hides immutable changes. The most common source of immutable changes is git commits.
